International delivery

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, administrative and customs fees.

 

Delivery term

Once the order leaves the seller's facilities and the national territory, the transport company will be responsible for the status of the shipment (delays, damage, loss, etc).

When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond the Vendor's control, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded, less the costs incurred for returning it.

 

Return policy

If the order is returned due to customs problems, wrong address or absence on the day of delivery, the corresponding amount will be paid in accordance with the General Conditions of Use and Contracting of the Carethy Marketplace in section 16.

If for any reason, such as change of mind, the customer wishes to return the order, a return transaction fee will be charged (check with Customer Service for the cost in each case).

In case you want to make a claim related to transport damage, this must be done within 48 calendar hours after receipt of your order, it must be done by our support center (https://www.carethy.es/ contact) or through your user area / section orders with the corresponding Seller. After confirming any claim, the corresponding amount will be paid in the same payment method that was used in the purchase. In order to cover this type of unforeseen event, you can take out the YOGA Guarantee.

 

Return of items

Products can be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt. Before making any return, you must contact our Customer Service) or through your user/order area with the corresponding Seller to communicate it and to receive help in the process. Upon receiving the returned merchandise and checking its good condition, the amount will be refunded within 14 days after the products are verified. The products must be in their original condition and the return form correctly filled out.

 In order to make a return, the customer must bear the costs of returning the product. In the event that the return is due to a damaged product or the delivery of a wrong product, you should contact our Customer Service or through your user area / order section with the corresponding Seller immediately.
