Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system during and after physical exercise, to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, to normal energy metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal functioning of the immune system, protection of cells against oxidative damage, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and improves iron absorption.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, to the cell division process, to normal cognitive function, to the maintenance of bones, nails and skin in normal conditions, to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and normal protein synthesis.
Manganese contributes to normal energy metabolism, the maintenance of bones in normal conditions, the normal formation of connective tissue and the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
Note: This product does not contain magnesium stearate.
How to use
Take six (6) tablets a day, divided into two (2) or three (3) doses, preferably outside of meals, or as recommended by a professional. The tablets should NOT be chewed or broken and should be swallowed with plenty of water (250 ml). For greater absorption, take the tablets preferably outside of meals on an empty stomach.
