EXPLIVAR® stick is a food supplement to dissolve in water based on Polypodium leucotomos (EXPLY 37®) variety Phlebodium decumanum. Instructions for use: In periods of intense training and/or competitions, take 1 sachet before breakfast and dinner during the 4, 6 or 8 weeks that the period lasts.\ \ In 1-day competitions, one or two days before and one or two days later, take 1 sachet at the beginning of breakfast and 1 at the beginning of dinner. \ \ On the day of the competition, take 1 sachet before breakfast, 1 during the test or immediately after and 1 before dinner.\ \ Maintenance, take 1 sachet at the beginning of breakfast or at the beginning of dinner.
