It is a unique macro formula. The base is a mixture of the highest quality proteins, carbohydrates, and a combination of components such as: Creatine Monohydrate, Kre-Alkalyn®, Creatine Ethyl Ester, L-glutamine, L-arginine hydrochloride, L-arginine Alpha Ketogluterate, Essential Amino Acids, Branched Amino Acids, Tribulus Terrestris, HMB, and much more. The basic daily dose is 100 gr. Divide the dose and use 50 g (1.5 tablespoon) approximately 1 hour before training and 50 g (1.5 tablespoon) until approximately 1 hour after training. Mix the dose (50 g) in 200 ml of water or skim milk. Use the Amix shaker or mixer to mix. To change the taste and sweetness of the drink, change the amount of water used for the preparation.
